Track your Application

	Use the tracking tool to track your Visa, Passport, PIO, PCC, IDLV Applications once lodged
	Also use the tracking tool to track OCI application once you submit your Foreign Passport by POST at the second stage of the application process.

OCI Applications Tracking:

Step 1 :	After submitting your OCI application, track your application here http://ociindia.nic.in/ociindia/OnlineOCIenquiry.jsp using your File No that has been generated and sent to you on your specified email address. If you do not have your File no, send an email to ociinfo.inau@vfshelpline.com with your Name and passport no requesting your OCI File no.
Step 2 :	Once the status on this tracking screen shows "Documents Received at CGI/HCI" (and you do not see NOT YET on the screen), it means your OCI documents have arrived in Australia.
Step 3 :	Post in your Australian (Foreign) passport, Form N (Renunciation of Indian Passport) if you have not already done so + your Indian passport. (This will be cancelled and returned to you with your OCI Card)

Step 1

Confirm the visa type based on your reason for travel; do not make any confirmed bookings.

Step 2

Complete your application online

Step 3

Download & print the form/s, read and complete checklist

Step 4

Check fees payable and payment options

Step 5

Sign form/s and checklist at all indicated places

Step 6

Ensure photos are as per specifications

Step 7

Check processing times to plan your travel accordingly.

Step 8

Attach all supporting documents required as per the checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

Step 9

Submit your application based on jurisdiction by Express Post/Courier in person or through a Travel Agent (where you reside determines where you need to submit your application)

Track your application online

Step 11

Your completed application will be returned to you by the mode of delivery selected by you once processed.
